1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and LeoShift ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the designated website as well as any other media form, mobile website, or connected mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto.

2. Pricing and Payments

The prices displayed on the website are estimates based on standard conditions. Final pricing is subject to visual inspection or exact inventory count by our booking manager. Once a final quote is given and accepted, no additional hidden charges will be applied unless the scope of the move changes (e.g. additional items or stops). Payments are required as per the schedule agreed upon during the booking confirmation.

3. Liability and Insurance

While we take extreme care during the transit of your belongings, unforeseen circumstances may arise. LeoShift offers transit insurance to cover damages directly caused by our handling or transport. Valuation of items and claims processes are governed by the specific insurance policy selected at the time of booking. Fragile items packed by the customer themselves may not be subject to full coverage.
